(cr.cindu.com) (our "Website ") or any of our social media profiles, among others: WhatsApp®, Facebook®, Instagram® (our "Social Media Profiles") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

a) On this Website or in our different Social Network Profiles.

b) Through email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Company.

If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a reply email requesting that we omit it from future email distributions. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience, or other transactions.

VII. Access and correction of your information

You can review and modify your Personal Information by logging into your account profile. You can also email us at jgutierrez@cinducr.com to request access, correct, or delete any Personal Information you have provided us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not agree to a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website or our Social Media Profiles, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached or archived pages or may have been copied or stored by other users of the Website or our Social Network Profiles.

VIII. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to protect your Personal Information against accidental loss and against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All Personal Information you provide to us is stored on our servers behind firewalls. In addition, all payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The security and protection of your Personal Information are also up to you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask that you do not share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. In order to promote our services and products, the Company may use different social networks that currently exist or may exist in the future, including, but not limited to WhatsApp®, Facebook®, Instagram®, among others. In this sense, at the time you use these social networks to view our profiles or communicate with us, you expressly accept these privacy policies.

The Company does not directly or indirectly control the way in which social networks make use of your Personal Information; in this sense, you release the Company from any improper use that said social networks make of your Personal Information.
